His advisory communicates the organizational design of government institutions in order to alleviate corruption, promote development, and ensure sustainability in emerging market contexts.
Vincent has worked extensively in leading academic and international organizations such World Bank and United Nations in America, Asia, and Africa. He maintains data-driven communication with key government stakeholders to reach strategic decisions. Vincent completed his undergraduate and graduate education at Yale University and the University of Chicago.
