Vera Carolina

Vera Carolina is the Co-Founder of PT. Revolutek Dananjaya Mandiri, bringing over 15 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry. Her career spans engineering, sales, and project management, with leadership roles at ITT Corporation, Welltec, and National Oilwell Varco across Asia Pacific, North America, and Latin America. Vera has led multi-million dollar projects, pioneered artificial lift systems in Indonesia, and introduced disruptive technologies like the Well Annular Barrier (WAB), transforming well construction practices in complex reservoirs. She is also recognized for her expertise in regional sales performance, client engagement, and distributor network management.

Earlier in her career, Vera held engineering and leadership development positions in the United States and Canada, contributing to manufacturing innovation and lean implementation. She has authored technical papers for the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), trained field engineers across Southeast Asia, and presented at international industry conferences. Vera holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University and is a certified Engineer in Training by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
